First of all, we have no source code，so texts on pictures cannot be modified. apart from this ，u need open
form client>Tgamegame>localization>INT all .int file cover to client>Tgamegame>localization>CHI ，You need to change the file named .INT to .CHI,this is interface text change . and then u need to translate all Chinese texts in XML files to English. that's it . hope it can be help u .

Since you want to make a version, you should write a tool by yourself instead of looking for someone to get it::
